When Looking for the Knowledge found in these classes there is one critical ingredient that is often missing. We are told how to do Practices and Meditations in a way that assumes that one size fits all. This is simply not true. The other important factor is that we find this information giving us some direction but then the road stops before we reach our destination. We need a Map and a Compass. And we need these Practices taught to us in a Curriculum that we can follow that brings us to our goal. This Curriculum is generally missing. We are given a beginning with no further direction. Qigong

Qigong is a fundamental Practice that involves awareness of movement and breath in the physical body. It is often a starting point for more advanced movement practices and Nei Gong, which brings Mind into the Awareness of Movement. Qi is the movement from point A to point B in any system. The Qi and the Blood are closely related. This Module has 4 curriculums. Foundations, Intermediate, Advanced and Post Advanced where we go into principles of how to create your own Qigong Forms. The Movement component of the Cultivation Path begins with taking the attention away from the brain to watch the movements of the body. After success in that area the Mind comes back in to direct some of that movement to achieve a specific goal. The Formula for progress in spiritual cultivation is Method + Effort + Time + Experience = Results.

 

Connective Tissue and Joints

PaleoFit

PaleoFit™ is the missing Link in most exercise systems. It is based on natural movements from Ancient Lineage Schools and is found in the Internal Arts Practices of Asian Schools. These movements have been used to train top Athletes and are often not available to most people since they are the practices that give you that extra edge and help prevent injuries. Injuries occur at the weakest area of the Body which is often the joints and tendons. This system will focus on training those areas and have been used for hundreds of years to make the body strong and flexible in a way that is compatible with hatha yoga, but with a different methodology and outcome. If you do HIIT or CrossFit or Yoga, here is a complementary practice that will bring you to the next level of performance and excellence and help prevent many of the injuries of these other systems.

4Seasons 5Elements

We follow the Chinese calendar that is broken up into 2 week segments to become in tune with Nature. In this Module we will combine most of the content offered on this platform, by following the change of the seasons at a deeper level. We combine Qigong and Somatic Movements with acupuncture points, essential oils, meditations, Super foods, Herbs, Ayurveda, Self Hypnosis and more as we move naturally through the changes which will greatly benefit our Health and Longevity. Three different paths can be followed. You can follow a simplified monthly path or choose to follow 2 different bi weekly paths… one that will take 15 minutes per day and the other that is more detailed and includes more possible choices that could involve 30 to 45 minutes per day for maximum benefit.

Super Immunity

We will go into how the immune system functions and how to use our natural immunity in a way that can provide opportunities to improve our health with movement practices, super foods, herbs, essential oils, meditations and more. There are phases that we go through when something starts to go wrong with our health that require different Protocols and we will also look at the ideas of Bio Terrain and New German Medicine that have roots in Chinese and Ayurvedic Methodologies.  We need to know what our options are that these Wellness Practices have been using for hundreds of years to complement anything we are doing with Western Medicine to get the best of both worlds.
