Zoom Group Qigong classes are held each week on Tuesday and Wednesday at 11 am Central Time and noon on Thursday. Sign up at our Meetup Group. These classes are Live and On Demand. If you can not come to the Live class, we will record that class for you to view at your convenience. A link will be sent to you by email and in the Meetup Message Area.

DESCRPTION OF In Person Group PAST EVENTS HELD AT NOURISH
Healing Hypnosis Group Session for $36, 90 t0 120 minutes. The session will begin with a short introduction. The session is based on the hypnosis work of Dolores Cannon. many people will have a past life regression and others will have a different experience. The Higher Self guides this sesiion to give you information about what you need to know right now that you do not know. In addition to hypnosis i will be doing a general Energy Healing on the group which will add to the efeectiveness.
Energy healing for $36, 90 to 120 minutes. This session will also focus on a general healing session which will include clearings that everyone will find useful. The page on Energy Healing will give you some additional information. we will work on disolving the primal fear pattern we all have, we will remove karmic knots, balance some of the energy systems, clear negitive thought forms, and place you in a Healing Grid, Each one of these sessions will be different. we will work on different aspects in each session, so you will benefit more from attending additional group sessions.
