Private Classes are for Clients who want One on One Sessions to work on specific issues. These sessions can be used in addition to your Membership or can be used without a Membership. If you have a Membership and are working on your own with Modules, you may want some clarifications; or you may want some Movement corrections; or you may have another issue you want resolved. If you do not have a membership and just want to focus on a specific area that we work with, it is best to call us first to see if we can help.
