Description

Live and On Demand Qigong Zoom Classes are held each week. Days are Tuesday at noon Eastern Time, 11 am Central, 9 am Pacific and Wednesdays at noon Eastern, 11 am Central and 9 am Pacific and Thursday at 11 am Central and noon Eastern Time.  You may need to take into account Daylight Savings Time if you are in a state that does/does not use that. The payment is $9 per class. If you refer someone to class that comes at least 4 times a month, you will receive a free class for each month they attend 4 or more times. Each Class is 50 minutes. To get the benefit of these classes you should take them on a regular schedule. Once a week is minimal and 2-3 a week is best. Once you learn the Practices you can do them any other days on your own. There are over a dozen different Practices we do in these Live Classes which we alternate each day to do something different. Each covers Body Mind Spirit, however, each one leans in a focus of either Body Mind or Spirit. These Practices are excellent for the Immune System, all of them help the strength and flexibility of the Body, some work on the Emotions etc. These classes are held every week except when they fall on Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Day.
